This was a photoshoot I had to do for work. I was given roughly 30 students to work with for 1 hour wherein I had to capture the idea of ’school spirit’. I think it was one of the most tiresome hour-long periods that I’ve ever spent photographing. The students were really wonderful, giving no less than 200%. By the end of the hour both they, and i, were wiped out. The above and following 2 below are some of my favorites.

Walking in the park

This is a test. My best friend decided to hook me up with a blog for my birthday. Bare in mind that i’ve never done this before and, as such, have no idea what i’m doing. I hope this works. Wish me luck… =)

With that in mind, this is a photo that I took at a coworker/friend of mine’s wedding. The ceremony itself took place in Jamaica, NY with the rest of the photos taken at a nearby park and in the garden where the reception was held. The couple supposedly had a thing for parks; she told me that during their free time they liked to frequent different parks. That was what they did during their courtship. Because of that, she wanted to be able to capture that aspect from when they dated on the actual day that they got married. This photo is one of my favorites…
